Account & Data Deletion Request

How to request account deletion
Follow the steps below. We will process your request after verifying your identity.
- Email info@jinhuitech.top with the subject line: ZJT Pro Account Deletion Request.
- Include: your registered phone number or login ID, full name, company / tenant name, and role (e.g. field operator, team lead, tenant administrator).
- State whether you are requesting deletion of an individual account or full tenant cancellation (see below).
- We may verify your identity via your registered phone or through your company administrator. Employee accounts linked to a tenant usually require employer confirmation before business-related records can be removed.
- We will respond within 15 business days of receiving a complete request. Account data that can be deleted will be removed from production systems within 30 days after verification (backup purge timeline below).

Tenant vs. individual accounts
ZJT Pro is a B2B tenant product: accounts are typically provisioned by your employer for attendance, fleet management, payroll evidence, and related operations.
- Individual account deletion: Field staff may request deletion of their personal account and directly linked personal data (see lists below). Records that must be kept for payroll, safety, or legal compliance may be retained as described below.
- Full tenant cancellation: Must be initiated by the tenant administrator or contract contact, with company name and proof of authorization. All user accounts under that tenant will be deactivated; legally required business records may still be retained for the periods stated below.
Data we delete after approval
Once identity is verified and there is no legal or contractual barrier, we delete or anonymize:
- Login credentials, password hashes, and session tokens
- Personal profile data (name, phone, avatar, employee ID fields)
- Attendance records, punch locations, and field photos tied to your account (where applicable)
- Personal in-app activity and notification preferences
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers
- Personal safety-training progress display data (completed records may be retained if legally required; see below)
Data we may retain and retention periods
- Legal obligations: Payroll, employment, time, safety-training, and incident-related records—up to 7 years where required by Hong Kong or applicable law.
- Contract & disputes: Business records needed during the contract term or dispute resolution until limitation periods expire.
- Security & audit logs: Login and permission-change logs—90 days for security and compliance (de-identified where possible).
- Backups: Removed from production first; offline backups purged within 30 days on the backup rotation cycle and not used for new processing.
- Anonymized analytics: Aggregated statistics that cannot identify individuals may be kept indefinitely for product improvement.
Other notes
- After deletion you cannot sign in to the ZJT Pro app or related admin console; export any personal records you need beforehand (if permitted by your employer).
- To correct data without deleting your account, email info@jinhuitech.top with the corrections needed.
